The Founder - Nathalie Sannino has over 20 years market research experience and has held senior roles both client and agency side.

Having worked for Honda Motor Europe, Nathalie has been in her clients’ shoes and knows the challenges they face.

She was heading up Motoresearch UK at Synovate (now Ipsos) before founding InGear in 2007 with every intention of remaining a very ‘hands on’ research practitioner.

Nathalie leads every project and doesn’t leave anything to chance. She plans, re-plans, thinks, re-thinks, considers and reconsiders every detail to make sure that her clients get the best possible outcome on a perfect first time basis. 

Throughout her career, she has contributed to 100+ international research projects for clients as diverse as Citroën, Ford, General Motors, Honda, Hyundai, Jaguar Land Rover, Nissan, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota and Volvo.
